Nehemiah 2:7

Aku berkata kepada raja Jika Raja menganggap baik berikanlah kepadaku beberapa surat untuk diberikan kepada para bupati di daerah seberang sungai supaya mereka mengizinkan aku lewat sampai aku tiba di Yehuda

Nehemiah 2:9

Lalu aku pergi kepada para bupati di daerah seberang sungai dan memberikan surat-surat raja kepada mereka Raja mengutus panglima-panglima tentara dan pasukan berkuda bersamaku
