Deuteronomy 17:18

Apabila raja sudah duduk di atas kursi takhta kerajaannya dia harus menulis untuknya salinan Taurat ini pada sebuah kitab di hadapan imam-imam Lewi

Di sana di hadapan orang Israel ia menulis salinan hukum Musa di atas batu-batu itu
