Dia membangun suatu mazbah bagi nama TUHAN dengan batu-batu itu dan membuat sebuah parit di sekeliling mazbah itu cukup untuk menampung dua sukat benih

Begitulah air mengalir di sekeliling mazbah bahkan dia memenuhi parit itu dengan air

Lalu api TUHAN turun dan melahap kurban bakaran dan kayu-kayu bakar dan batu-batu dan tanah serta menjilat air yang ada di parit itu
