Pada waktu itu orang-orang yang ada di wilayah Yudea harus melarikan diri ke pegunungan orang-orang yang berada di dalam kota harus pergi keluar kota dan orang-orang yang berada di desa-desa tidak boleh masuk ke Kota Yerusalem
