Lalu raja Asyur mengutus Tartan Rabsaris dan Rabsakih dengan pasukan yang besar dari Lakhis untuk menemui Raja Hizkia di Yerusalem Mereka berangkat dan tiba di Yerusalem Setelah sampai mereka masuk dan berdiri di dekat saluran kolam atas yang berada di jalan raya Padang Penatu

Rabsakih berkata kepada mereka Katakan sekarang kepada Hizkia inilah perkataan raja agung yaitu Raja Asyur Keyakinan seperti apakah yang kamu miliki

2 Kings 18:26

Lalu Elyakim anak Hilkia Sebna dan Yoah berkata kepada Rabsakih Silakan berbicara kepada hamba-hambamu ini dalam bahasa Aram karena kami dapat mengerti Janganlah berbicara dengan bahasa Yehuda karena rakyat yang berada di atas tembok dapat mendengar

Rabsakih berkata kepada mereka Apakah Tuanku mengutusku hanya kepada Tuanmu dan kepadamu untuk mengucapkan perkataan-perkataan ini Tidak tetapi juga kepada orang-orang yang berada di atas tembok itu yang memakan kotorannya dan meminum air kencingnya bersama-sama denganmu

Lalu Rabsakih berdiri untuk berseru dengan suara nyaring dalam bahasa Ibrani katanya Dengarlah perkataan raja agung yaitu raja Asyur

Lalu Elyakim anak Hilkia kepala istana Sebna juru tulis serta Yoah anak Asaf juru ingat datang menghadap Hizkia dengan pakaian yang dikoyakkan dan memberitahukan kepadanya perkataan Rabsakih itu

2 Kings 19:4

Mungkin TUHAN Allahmu mendengar semua perkataan Rabsakih yang diutus oleh raja Asyur tuannya untuk menghina Allah yang hidup dan akan menegur perkataan yang telah didengar oleh TUHAN Allahmu Oleh sebab itu naikkanlah doa untuk sisa-sisa orang yang masih ada ini

Lalu Rabsakih pulang dan mendapati raja Asyur sedang berperang melawan Libna karena dia mendengar bahwa raja sudah berangkat dari Lakhis
