2 Kings 23:4

Raja memerintahkan imam besar Hilkia para imam tingkat kedua serta para penjaga pintu untuk mengeluarkan dari Bait TUHAN segala perkakas yang telah dibuat untuk Baal untuk Asyera dan untuk segenap tentara langit Lalu dia membakarnya di luar Yerusalem di padang Kidron dan mengangkat abunya ke Betel

AV: And the king <04428> commanded <06680> (8762) Hilkiah <02518> the high <01419> priest <03548>, and the priests <03548> of the second order <04932>, and the keepers <08104> (8802) of the door <05592>, to bring forth <03318> (8687) out of the temple <01964> of the LORD <03068> all the vessels <03627> that were made <06213> (8803) for Baal <01168>, and for the grove <0842>, and for all the host <06635> of heaven <08064>: and he burned <08313> (8799) them without <02351> Jerusalem <03389> in the fields <07709> of Kidron <06939>, and carried <05375> (8804) the ashes <06083> of them unto Bethel <01008>.

Yosia membawa tiang-tiang berhala keluar dari Bait TUHAN ke luar Yerusalem yaitu ke Sungai Kidron Dia membakarnya di Sungai Kidron melumatkannya halus-halus menjadi abu dan melemparkan abunya ke atas kuburan rakyat jelata

AV: And he brought out <03318> (8686) the grove <0842> from the house <01004> of the LORD <03068>, without <02351> Jerusalem <03389>, unto the brook <05158> Kidron <06939>, and burned <08313> (8799) it at the brook <05158> Kidron <06939>, and stamped [it] small <01854> (8686) to powder <06083>, and cast <07993> (8686) the powder <06083> thereof upon the graves <06913> of the children <01121> of the people <05971>.

Mazbah-mazbah yang berada di atas atap yaitu di ruangan Ahas yang dibuat oleh raja-raja Yehuda serta mazbah-mazbah yang dibuat oleh Manasye di kedua pelataran Bait TUHAN dirobohkan oleh raja Dia meremukkan di sana dan melemparkan abunya ke Sungai Kidron
