Karena itu Allah Israel membangkitkan semangat Pul raja Asyur dan semangat Tiglat-Pileser raja Asyur sehingga dia mengasingkan orang Ruben orang Gad dan setengah suku Manasye ke tempat pengasingan Dia membawa mereka ke Halah Habor Hara dan Sungai Gozan sampai saat ini
