Daud mengumpulkan semua pembesar Israel di Yerusalem yaitu para pemimpin suku para pemimpin kelompok yang melayani raja para pemimpin pasukan seribu dan pemimpin pasukan seratus dan para kepala harta benda dan ternak milik raja dan anak-anaknya Mereka dikumpulkan bersama pegawai-pegawai istana para perwira dan semua pahlawan yang gagah perkasa
