Dia membangun Pintu Gerbang Tinggi di bait TUHAN dan mengerjakan banyak pembangunan pada Tembok Ofel

Sesudah itu dia mendirikan tembok di luar kota Daud di sebelah barat Gihon di lembah sampai jalan masuk Pintu Gerbang Ikan Tembok itu mengelilingi Ofel dan dia membuat tembok itu sangat tinggi Dia juga menempatkan panglima-panglima pasukan di setiap kota berbenteng di Yehuda
