Aku Raja Artahsasta memberi perintah kepada semua bendahara yang ada di daerah seberang sungai Apa saja yang diminta oleh Imam Ezra ahli Hukum Allah semesta langit itu harus disediakan dengan teliti

Hal yang diminta raja itu terlalu berat Dan tidak ada seorang pun yang lain yang sanggup memberitahukannya di hadapan raja kecuali para ilah yang tidak berdiam di antara makhluk
