Nehemiah 1:2

salah seorang saudaraku Hanani datang bersama beberapa orang dari Yehuda Aku bertanya kepada mereka tentang orang-orang Yahudi yang terluput yang terhindar dari penawanan dan tentang Yerusalem

Nehemiah 1:3

Mereka berkata kepadaku Orang-orang yang tertinggal di sana di provinsi yang terhindar dari penawanan berada dalam kesukaran besar dan tercela Tembok Yerusalem telah runtuh dan pintu-pintu gerbangnya terbakar api
