Kemudian Haman berkata kepada Raja Ahasyweros Ada satu bangsa tercerai-berai dan tersebar di antara bangsa-bangsa di semua provinsi kerajaanmu Hukum-hukum mereka berbeda dengan bangsa-bangsa lain dan mereka tidak menaati hukum-hukum raja maka tidak pantas bagi raja untuk mengabaikan mereka
