dan orang-orang terdekat raja Karsena Setar Admata Tarsis Meres Marsena dan Memukan ketujuh pembesar dari Persia dan Media yang bisa bertemu raja dan memiliki kedudukan tinggi di kerajaan

Memukan menjawab di hadapan raja dan para pemimpin Ratu Wasti tidak hanya bersalah terhadap raja tetapi juga terhadap semua pemimpin dan semua rakyat yang ada di semua provinsi Raja Ahasyweros

Usulan itu dipandang baik oleh raja dan para pemimpin sehingga raja melakukannya sesuai usulan Memukan
