Sebab tingkah laku Ratu akan diketahui oleh semua perempuan sehingga mereka memandang hina suami mereka dengan berkata Raja Ahasyweros meminta Ratu Wasti untuk menghadap tetapi dia tidak mau datang

Jika hal ini berkenan bagi raja biarlah raja mengeluarkan suatu perintah dan menuliskannya ke dalam undang-undang Persia dan Media supaya hal itu tidak dapat dihapus bahwa Wasti tidak boleh lagi menghadap raja Biarlah raja menyerahkan kedudukan ratu kepada perempuan lain yang lebih baik daripada dia
