Esther 1:22

Lalu dia mengirim surat-surat ke semua provinsi raja ke setiap provinsi sesuai bahasa tulisannya dan kepada setiap orang sesuai bahasa mereka supaya setiap laki-laki berkuasa atas rumah tangganya dan berbicara sesuai bahasa bangsanya

Kemudian para juru tulis dipanggil pada hari ketiga belas pada bulan pertama dan dituliskan sesuai dengan semua yang Haman perintahkan kepada para raja wilayah para gubernur yang memimpin setiap provinsi dan kepada para pemimpin setiap bangsa di setiap provinsi sesuai bahasa tulisannya dan kepada setiap bangsa sesuai bahasa mereka Surat itu ditulis atas nama Raja Ahasyweros dan dimeteraikan dengan cincin raja
