Dia yang di mata-Nya merendahkan orang-orang tertolak tetapi yang menghormati mereka yang takut akan TUHAN yang berjanji sekalipun rugi dan tidak mengubahnya

Ini seperti zaman Nuh bagi-Ku ketika Aku berjanji bahwa air bah pada zaman Nuh tidak akan meliputi bumi lagi demikianlah Aku berjanji bahwa Aku tidak akan lagi murka terhadap kamu dan tidak akan menghardik kamu
