Exodus 21:29

Namun jika sebelumnya sapi itu sudah sering menanduk dan pemiliknya juga sudah ditegur akan hal itu tetapi dia tidak mengawasinya lalu sapi itu membunuh seorang laki-laki atau perempuan sapi itu harus dirajam dan pemiliknya pun harus dihukum mati

Exodus 21:36

Atau jika sudah diketahui bahwa sapi itu sudah sering menanduk sebelumnya dan pemiliknya tidak menjaganya dia harus membayar sapi jantan ganti sapi jantan dan yang mati akan menjadi miliknya

Deuteronomy 19:6

Maksudnya agar orang yang menuntut balasan darah yang mengejar pembunuh itu dengan hati panas tidak dapat menyusulnya sebab jarak menuju kota itu terlalu jauh supaya dia tidak membunuhnya Sedangkan orang itu tidak patut dihukum mati karena dia tidak membenci kawannya sebelumnya
