Berbicaralah dengan hati lembut kepada Yerusalem dan serukanlah kepadanya bahwa peperangannya telah berakhir bahwa kesalahannya telah dihapus bahwa dia telah menerima dari tangan TUHAN dua kali lipat atas semua dosanya
