Aku benar-benar telah mendengar Efraim meratap Engkau telah menghajar aku dan aku telah dihajar seperti anak sapi yang tidak terlatih Buatlah aku berbalik maka aku akan dibalikan karena Engkaulah TUHAN Allahku

Oleh sebab itu setiap orang yang melihatmu akan lari meninggalkanmu sambil berkata Niniwe telah rusak Siapakah yang akan meratap baginya Dari mana aku akan mencari penghiburan-penghiburan baginya
