Lihatlah tanggul-tanggul pengepungan telah tiba di kota untuk merebutnya dan kota itu diserahkan ke tangan orang-orang Kasdim yang memeranginya karena pedang kelaparan dan penyakit sampar Apa yang telah Engkau firmankan telah terjadi dan sesungguhnya Engkau melihatnya

Jeremiah 34:22

Dengarlah Aku akan memerintahkan firman TUHAN dan akan membawa mereka kembali ke kota ini mereka akan memeranginya dan merebutnya serta membakarnya dengan api dan Aku akan membuat kota-kota Yehuda menjadi sunyi sepi tanpa penduduk
