Exodus 19:21

TUHAN berfirman kepada Musa Turunlah dan peringatkan bangsa itu jangan sampai mereka menerobos untuk melihat TUHAN sehingga banyak dari mereka yang akan binasa

2 Kings 17:15

Mereka menolak ketetapan-ketetapan-Nya dan perjanjian-Nya yang telah diadakan dengan nenek moyang mereka dan peringatan-peringatan-Nya yang telah Dia peringatkan kepada mereka Mereka hidup mengikuti kesia-siaan serta mengikuti bangsa-bangsa yang ada di sekeliling mereka walaupun TUHAN telah memerintahkan mereka untuk tidak melakukannya
