Daniel 4:17

Ketetapan ini adalah dari para malaikat penjaga dan permintaan ini menurut perkataan orang kudus agar semua orang yang hidup tahu bahwa Yang Mahatinggi berkuasa atas kerajaan manusia dan akan memberikannya kepada siapa yang dikehendaki-Nya serta mengangkat orang yang paling rendah sekalipun atasnya
