Karena dia di seluruh Niniwe diserukan dan disebarkan keputusan raja dan para pembesarnya yang berbunyi Biarlah baik manusia atau binatang sapi atau kambing domba tidak boleh mencicipi apa-apa mereka tidak boleh makan atau minum air
