Leviticus 23:39

Tepat pada hari ke-15 bulan ketujuh saat kamu mengumpulkan panen yang dihasilkan tanahmu kamu harus merayakan perayaan bagi TUHAN selama tujuh hari Hari pertama dan hari kedelapan harus kamu jadikan sebagai hari peristirahatan penuh

Zechariah 14:16

Lalu semua orang yang tersisa dari segala bangsa yang pernah datang menyerang Yerusalem akan datang dari tahun ke tahun untuk sujud menyembah Sang Raja yaitu TUHAN semesta alam dan untuk merayakan Hari Raya Pondok Daun

Zechariah 14:18

Jika kaum Mesir tidak mau datang dan tidak menghadap mereka tidak akan mengalami hujan Suatu tulah akan ditimpakan TUHAN kepada bangsa-bangsa yang tidak mau datang untuk merayakan Hari Raya Pondok Daun
