Deuteronomy 3:12

Jadi kita memiliki tanah itu dari Aroer di Lembah Arnon sampai ke daerah perbukitan Gilead beserta kota-kotanya Aku memberikan negeri ini kepada orang Ruben dan Gad yaitu setengah dari daerah perbukitan di Gilead

Joshua 12:6

Musa hamba TUHAN dan orang-orang Israel telah mengalahkan mereka Musa hamba TUHAN itu telah menyerahkannya kepada orang Ruben orang Gad dan setengah dari suku Manasye menjadi tanah milik mereka
