Deuteronomy 4:42

Siapa pun yang membunuh seseorang dengan tidak sengaja dan tidak memusuhinya dapat melarikan diri ke salah satu dari kota-kota itu dan dia tidak akan dibunuh

Itulah kota-kota yang ditentukan bagi semua orang Israel dan orang-orang asing yang tinggal di tengah-tengah mereka supaya siapa saja yang membunuh seseorang tanpa sengaja tidak mati di tangan penuntut tebusan darah sampai ia berdiri di hadapan rapat jemaat
