Deuteronomy 6:3

Hai Israel dengarlah dengan hati-hati dan taatilah hukum-hukum ini supaya kamu semakin banyak seperti telah dijanjikan oleh TUHAN Allahmu kepada nenek moyangmu di tanah yang berlimpah dengan susu dan madunya

Deuteronomy 9:3

Ketahuilah bahwa TUHAN Allahmu berjalan di depanmu bagaikan api yang menghanguskan Dia akan membinasakan bangsa-bangsa itu dan menjatuhkan mereka di depanmu sehingga kamu bisa mengusir dan membinasakan mereka dengan segera seperti yang dijanjikan TUHAN kepadamu

Deuteronomy 10:9

Oleh sebab itulah suku Lewi tidak mendapat bagian tanah milik seperti suku-suku lain TUHAN adalah milik pusaka seperti yang dijanjikan TUHAN Allahmu kepada mereka
