Deuteronomy 14:6

Semua hewan yang berkaki empat dan memiliki kuku terbelah dua serta memamah biak di antara segala binatang boleh kamu makan

Deuteronomy 14:7

Namun hewan-hewan yang hanya memamah biak atau hanya berkuku belah janganlah kamu makan seperti unta kelinci dan marmot Binatang-binatang itu memamah biak tetapi kukunya tidak berbelah dua Jadi semua itu najis bagimu
