Deuteronomy 19:5

Misalnya seseorang pergi ke hutan bersama temannya untuk memotong kayu Dia mengayunkan kapaknya untuk menebang pohon tetapi mata kapaknya terlepas dari tangkainya dan mengenai temannya itu sehingga mati Maka dia boleh melarikan diri ke salah satu dari kota itu supaya dia tetap hidup

Deuteronomy 20:19

Apabila kamu mengepung suatu kota selama beberapa hari lamanya lalu memerangi dan merebutnya janganlah kamu merusak pohon-pohon sekelilingnya dengan mengayunkan kapak Buahnya boleh kamu makan tetapi jangan menebangnya Pohon-pohon ini bukanlah musuhmu mengapa kamu mengepungnya
