Sebab suku Lewi tidak mendapat bagian di antara kamu karena jabatan sebagai imam TUHAN adalah milik pusaka mereka sedangkan suku Gad suku Ruben dan setengah suku Manasye sudah menerima milik pusaka mereka di sebelah timur Sungai Yordan yang sudah Musa hamba TUHAN itu berikan kepada mereka
