Siapa yang membunuh seseorang tanpa sengaja tanpa ada niat sebelumnya dapat melarikan diri ke sana dan akan menjadi tempat perlindungan bagimu dari penuntut tebusan darah

Itulah kota-kota yang ditentukan bagi semua orang Israel dan orang-orang asing yang tinggal di tengah-tengah mereka supaya siapa saja yang membunuh seseorang tanpa sengaja tidak mati di tangan penuntut tebusan darah sampai ia berdiri di hadapan rapat jemaat
