Apabila ia melarikan diri ke salah satu kota tadi ia harus berdiri di depan pintu gerbang kota dan berbicara menyampaikan perkaranya kepada para tua-tua kota itu Mereka harus menerimanya di dalam kota dan memberinya tempat untuk tinggal bersama mereka
