Judges 2:19

Akan tetapi ketika hakim itu mati mereka berbalik berbuat lebih jahat dari nenek moyang mereka dengan berjalan mengikuti ilah lain melayani mereka dan sujud menyembah kepadanya Mereka tidak berhenti dari perbuatan dan tingkah lakunya yang keras kepala itu

Isaiah 3:8

Sebab Yerusalem telah tersandung dan Yehuda telah jatuh karena kata-kata dan perbuatan mereka melawan TUHAN menentang hadirat-Nya yang mulia

Jeremiah 11:18

TUHAN memberitahukan hal itu kepadaku sehingga aku mengerti Lalu Engkau memperlihatkan perbuatan mereka padaku

Mereka akan berseru-seru kepada TUHAN tetapi Dia tidak akan menjawabnya Dia akan menyembunyikan wajah-Nya dari mereka pada waktu itu sebab perbuatan mereka jahat
