Ketika utusan-utusan itu sampai di Gibea-Saul dan menyampaikan perkataan tersebut kepada bangsa itu seluruh bangsa itu menangis dengan suara nyaring

Oleh sebab itu dia berkata kepada utusan-utusan Benhadad Katakanlah kepada Tuanku Raja Semua yang pertama kali engkau tuntut dari hambamu ini aku akan melakukannya tetapi perkataan yang ini aku tidak dapat lakukan Utusan-utusan itu pergi dan mengembalikan jawaban itu kepadanya
