1 Kings 8:20

TUHAN telah menepati janji yang telah Dia firmankan Aku telah bangkit sebagai pengganti Daud ayahku dan duduk di takhta Israel seperti yang TUHAN firmankan Aku telah membangun bait bagi nama TUHAN Allah Israel

Terpujilah TUHAN yang memberi tempat perhentian kepada seluruh umat Israel seperti yang Dia janjikan Tidak ada satu pun janji yang gagal dari segala janji yang baik yang telah Dia firmankan melalui Musa hamba-Nya

Aku mengibaskan lipatan-lipatan pakaianku dan berkata Kiranya Allah mengibaskan setiap orang yang tidak memenuhi janji ini dari rumahnya dan dari harta miliknya Demikianlah mereka dikibaskan dan menjadi tidak berarti Dan semua orang yang berkumpul berkata Amin dan memuji TUHAN Lalu orang-orang bertindak sesuai dengan janji tersebut
