1 Kings 8:27

Namun sungguhkah Allah akan bersemayam di bumi Lihatlah langit bahkan langit di atas langit pun tidak akan dapat menampung Engkau apalagi bait yang kubangun ini

Jika umat-Mu pergi berperang melawan musuhnya ke arah yang Engkau suruh kepada mereka dan mereka berdoa kepada TUHAN ke arah kota yang Engkau pilih serta ke bait yang kubangun bagi nama-Mu

Bait yang akan kubangun haruslah besar sebab Allah kami lebih besar dari semua ilah
