Biarlah hati kalian berpaut sepenuhnya kepada TUHAN Allah dan hidup sesuai ketetapan-ketetapan-Nya serta memelihara perintah-perintah-Nya seperti pada hari ini

Sebab saat Salomo tua istri-istrinya itu membelokkan hatinya kepada ilah-ilah lain dan hatinya tidak berpaut sepenuhnya kepada TUHAN Allahnya seperti hati Daud ayahnya
