Abdi Allah datang dari Yehuda atas perintah TUHAN ke Betel dan Yerobeam sedang berdiri di atas mazbah untuk membakar dupa

Lalu raja menjawab dan berkata kepada abdi Allah itu Mohonkanlah di hadapan TUHAN Allahmu dan berdoalah untukku supaya tanganku dapat kembali kepadaku Abdi Allah itu memohon di hadapan TUHAN sehingga tangan raja dipulihkan dan kembali seperti semula

Abdi Allah itu berkata Ke mana jatuhnya Orang itu menunjukkan tempat itu lalu Elisa memotong sepotong kayu dan melemparkannya ke sana sehingga mata kapak itu timbul

Amazia menjawab abdi Allah itu Apa yang harus kulakukan dengan seratus talenta yang telah kuberikan kepada pasukan Israel itu Abdi Allah itu menjawab TUHAN dapat memberikan kepadamu lebih dari itu
