Dia berkata Aku melihat seluruh Israel tercerai berai di pegunungan seperti sekawanan domba yang tidak bergembala TUHAN berfirman Mereka ini tidak memiliki tuan Biarlah masing-masing kembali ke rumahnya dengan damai
