2 Kings 13:23

Namun TUHAN mengasihani dan menyayangi mereka sehingga Dia berpaling kepada mereka oleh karena perjanjian-Nya dengan Abraham Ishak dan Yakub Dia tidak mau memusnahkan atau membuang mereka dari hadapan-Nya sampai saat ini

Seperti seorang ayah menyayangi anak-anak-Nya demikian juga TUHAN menyayangi orang-orang yang takut akan Dia

Ketika ranting-rantingnya mengering itu akan dipatahkan Para perempuan datang dan menjadikannya kayu api Sebab merekalah bangsa yang tidak berpengertian karena itu Yang Menjadikan mereka tidak lagi menyayangi mereka dan Yang Membentuk mereka tidak berbelas kasihan kepada mereka

Oleh karena itu TUHAN menanti-nanti untuk memberikan kasih karunia-Nya kepadamu Dia berdiri untuk menyayangi kamu Sebab TUHAN adalah Allah yang adil Diberkatilah semua orang yang menantikan Dia
